Nairobi is an exciting, vibrant, and intense city.  At street level there is every kind of activity.  It is one of my favorite places to make photographs because it is so mutlilayered.  Everywhere I look there is activity, people selling things, buying things, hustling, hanging out, conversing, and negotiating the intricate social density.  Nairobi residents have a very strong work ethic and I wanted to capture the diversity, energy, and daily creativity that gives Nairobi its unique urban character.
